'A prolific sex offender': Ex-ice hockey player jailed over rape and sexual abuse of seven girls

Philip Hamer, 34, from Greater Manchester, is convicted of 41 sex offences carried out between 2010 and 2023. They include eight counts of rape, as the court hears he had a "wholly distorted view of children as sexual objects".
